Nia Hollis
Family lawyer
I help Madison families through divorce, custody, support, adoption and protective orders, one plain next step at a time.
I came back to Madison to raise my own kids here, a few blocks from Lake Wingra. Before I opened this practice, I worked in the family law group of a larger firm, and I noticed that the clients who coped best were the ones who understood what was happening and why.
So that's how I work. I explain things in plain words, I call back, and I tell you the truth about your case, including when an agreement is better than a fight. Most Saturdays you'll find me at the Westside Community Market or on the sideline of an under-10 soccer game.

The office is on Monroe Street, with street parking nearby and a bus stop on the corner. There's a basket of toys for children who come along, and tissues on every table.
If you'd rather not come in, we can meet by video, including in the evening once the kids are asleep.
